Hyper V – Windows 11 22H2 – No Network on VMs – KB5007297

After installing KB5007297 Insider 22H2 Build, I soon received emails to state that my VMs in my home lab were not reporting on the network.
After some quick sleuthing, checking the Defender Firewall rules, and seeing if the VMs could indeed see the gateway, they could not, the fix was quick and simple.

I am iniating a project where I am going to have to setup potentially 2-300 new VMs to upgrade existing infrastructure.

They’re all based on Hyper V so it makes sense to script this so it can be quickly deployed either one at a time or in bulk with the ISOs attached and ready to go!
