I’ve been meaning to get something like this together for a while, so it will be an always evolving script.
Currently it outputs to a single line in a CSV per machine, but I hope to change this to give the option of outputting to a HTML page/report.
I have a need to provide certain stats every month for our managerial teams on some of our contracts. One of which is the Terminal Services licensing.
So instead of emailing them when they remember to ask us for it, I automated it using Powershell.
I have adapted the âModern Exchange Environment Checkâ from Satheshwaran Manoharan and for use on a Exchange Server 2016 environment.

I feel that this is now a more complete report of the Exchange Server environment and the servers it runs upon.
Logs can be the bain of any Exchange Environment when things arenât going wellâŠ
This script will read from a CSV and will email users whoâs smart card logon Certificates are going to expire with-in the next 30 days.
It will give them a stock email with instructions on how to renew their certificate.
It will also email the chosen administrators to inform them as to who has been emailed.
I cannot take credit for this script, but thought that I would share it as it is a fantastic script which worked a treat for me.
This script should create the same amount of Exchange Mailboxes into each MailboxDB.
In a newly created Exchange 2016 on premise installation I inherited support of, we had 60 MailboxDBs.
Users were supposed to be provisioned into these evenly from the old environment, but they were lumped into two of the DBs rather than evenly spread…
Here is a little theme that I use in PowerShellISE to make it a little (in my opinion) easier on the eye.
Due to a bit of weirdness with about 75 of our Read only Domain controller servers which had been configured with DHCPÂ we needed to routinely perform a flush of the local DNS cache for them to keep replicating and allowing local authentication from clients.
After a migration from Exchange 2010 to on Premise Exchange 2016 we discovered that not all users were able to get mail as their Outlook Anywhere was not enabled.
